 Location: The session will take place in my serene, natural light studio in Burbank or at your home, depending on your preference.
Age of Baby: The optimal time for a newborn session is between 5-21 days of age, as babies are generally sleepiest and most cooperative during this period. These precious early moments are irreplaceable, and I am dedicated to preserving them for you.
Studio Environment & Safety: My studio is equipped with an extensive selection of props, wraps, bonnets, backdrops, and accessories, all of which are carefully cleaned and sanitized to ensure the safety and comfort of your baby. As a fully vaccinated and highly trained professional, I prioritize your baby’s well-being at every step of the process, employing safe and gentle posing techniques.
Your Peace of Mind: I understand that these early days are incredibly special, and I strive to make the entire experience seamless and stress-free for you. Whether you are a first-time parent or have prior experience, I will guide you through every detail of the session, ensuring that you feel confident and at ease. Your baby’s safety, comfort, and your peace of mind are my top priorities.
Session Details: Newborn sessions are typically scheduled for 10:00 AM daily. To maintain a calm and relaxed environment for your baby, I kindly request that only parents and the baby attend the session.
Booking Your Session: To ensure the best availability, I recommend booking your session during your second trimester. Once you secure your spot, I will reserve your due date in my calendar. After your baby is born, please notify me within three days so we can schedule the session during the ideal window for capturing these tender, sleepy moments.
Flexible Scheduling: If you’ve missed the window for advanced booking, don’t worry. Simply contact me via phone or text at 747-248-9811, and I will do my best to accommodate you in my schedule. I understand how busy life can get with a newborn and am committed to capturing these fleeting moments for you.
Booking Fee: A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session. This retainer will be applied to the total cost of your selected package. Your session is not confirmed until the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session and can be paid via cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
Travel Fee: A $100 travel fee applies for all home sessions.
Unedited Images: Unedited images or RAW files are not provided. If you would like more pictures, you can purchase them, and I will edit them for you. Digital images come with a print release, though all images remain the property of Marine Mehrabyan Photography.
Additional Edited Images: Additional edited images are available for purchase at $30 per image.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change, but once you have booked your session and paid your deposit, your pricing will be locked in.
Style and Editing: Please note that you are aware of the photographer’s style and editing vision. Make sure to view my portfolio before booking. If after the session you are unsatisfied with the results because it does not meet your preference of style, or you do not like the editing of the pictures, there will be no refunds due to unreasonable demands.
Gallery & Image Delivery: Approximately one week after your session, we will schedule a Zoom meeting to select the best images for editing. The final edited images will be delivered digitally, typically within three weeks.
Rescheduling Policy: Should you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Additional products: In addition to the packages that include prints, I also offer a range of products such as albums, canvases, USB drives, and additional printed photos, all available upon request. Pricing for these items will be provided when you inquire.

Every child is unique, living in a magical world full of joy. I love capturing their true personalities through photography. I don’t follow a set plan, but instead go with their flow, letting the moments unfold naturally. There are some key milestones in early childhood that are wonderful to capture:

• Around 7 months, when your baby starts sitting up.
• The special celebration of their first birthday/cake smash.
• At 18 months, when they begin running around and exploring more.
• Annually from ages 2 to 5, to document their growth and changing personality.

That said, there’s no wrong time to photograph your child. Kids grow so fast, and if they’re going through a special moment or developing a unique personality trait you’d like to remember, I’d be happy to help you capture it. Feel free to reach out anytime!

Sitter sessions are ideal for babies between 7 to 10 months old—this is a wonderful time to capture your baby’s best expressions as they’ve mastered sitting on their own. During the session, I typically create a few beautiful setups designed just for your little one. I provide all the outfits and props, but you’re welcome to bring anything special from home as well. Sitter sessions are usually scheduled after your baby’s first nap to ensure they’re rested. Ideally, your baby should be able to sit confidently but not yet be crawling. Cake Smash Photography Los Angeles

First Birthday and Cake Smash sessions are held in my studio, where I handle all the setup and props to create a fun and memorable experience. I offer a beautiful collection of dresses, outfits for boys, and cake accessories. Please note that the cake itself is not included. For the best timing, I recommend scheduling the session about a month before your baby’s actual birthday.
On the day of the session, we’ll start with portrait photos of your baby in a lovely outfit, followed by the cake smash, and wrap up with a relaxing bubble bath. Cake Smash sessions are always full of surprises and so much fun!
To ensure your baby is in a great mood, it’s best to schedule the session after their first nap. Most of my baby photo sessions are scheduled mid-morning. It’s also a good idea to let your baby try the cake beforehand, as some little ones might be unsure of the texture. For the cake, buttercream frosting is ideal.
